Exercise Groups

Stay Young, Stay Strong meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. Join this strength training class based on Miriam E. Nelson’s book, “Strong Women Stay Slim.” Weights are provided. Room 209, Building 2.
Yoga classes will meet in Room 203 at 6:30 pm. Please call the church office (713-723-6262) for more information. Yoga returns to St. John’s this fall in October. Events are on the calendar.
