Mission to Mexico!

In the Summer of 2008, a group of volunteers will be going to Reynosa, Mexico to build a house for a very needy family. We will be assembling the entire concrete structure under the guidance of the organization, Faith Ministry. This will be our 3rd trip to Mexico in the recent years.

Faith Ministry/Ministerio de Fe, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the poorest of the poor in the colonias of Reynosa and Miguel Aleman in Mexico with their housing, medical, spiritual, educational, and other immediate needs.

"For all we need is faith working through love." Galatians 5:6 is the verse this ministry revolves around. Founded in 1994 in McAllen, Texas, their vision is to complete five centers (church, clinic, dorm) along the border in Mexico, where people continue to struggle in third world conditions. Two centers are complete, with a third now underway.
