The Presbyterian Church is run much like the American Government. Nominated individuals, called "Elders" make up the decision-making body called the Session. This group meets at least once a month to prayerfully decide how to handle all issues large or small. Typically, 2 elders co-chair each of the 5 committees which also meet once a month to discuss the day-to-day workings of their committee's duties. Members should feel comfortable bringing any concern to the appropriate committee who's job it is to best serve the needs of the members.
